Organic Banana Puree an Easy Alternative to Raw Banana

December 24, 2009

Banana PureeBanana a tropical fruit is considered to be healthiest among fruits. All of us often visit the supermarkets with great hope to purchase fresh and organic fruits, but as we reach are anticipations decreases gradually on learning the high price of the fruit. People keep stressing the fact that raw fruit is excellent I agree, but only to some extent because they are sold at supermarkets where the fruit is sold double its cost, it is kept under controlled temperature and continuous splash is enhanced to retain its freshness. So, what is the difference left between fresh and processed. According to me I prefer processed fruits such as juices, concentrate, pulp, puree and canned as they are created without added flavors, colors or preservatives.
